Tickets can be purchased directly through our website using secure online checkout. Simply select the number of tickets you want, complete the payment process, and receive instant confirmation via email with your assigned ticket numbers.

Each ticket is $20 CAD. There are no additional fees or processing charges. The price you see is the total amount charged.

No. You can purchase as many tickets as you like. Each additional ticket increases your chances of winning. Many participants buy multiple entries to improve their odds.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Interac e-Transfer. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment systems.

Yes. During checkout, you can designate another person as the ticket holder. The recipient must be 19+ years old and a BC resident. If they win, they must provide proper identification to claim the prize.

Eligibility

You must be 19 years of age or older and a resident of British Columbia at the time of ticket purchase and prize claim. Valid government-issued photo ID will be required to claim any prize.

No. Due to BC Gaming regulations, this raffle is restricted to British Columbia residents only. Proof of BC residency is required for prize claims.

Employees, officers, and directors of Quad Riders ATV Association and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. All other BC residents 19+ may enter.

Draw Process

The official draw takes place on December 12, 2025 at 3:00 PM PST at Greater Vancouver Powersports, 9517 200th Street, Langley, BC. The event is public and supervised by independent officials.

Winners are selected using a certified random number generator under independent third-party supervision. Four winners will be drawn sequentially, one for each prize. Once a ticket is selected, it's removed from subsequent draws.

With 1,000 total tickets available and 4 prizes being awarded, the overall odds of winning a prize are 1 in 250. Your individual odds depend on how many tickets you purchase.

Absolutely. All participants are welcome to attend. The event begins at 2:30 PM with the draw at 3:00 PM sharp. Can't make it? We'll provide live updates on our social media channels.

No. Once your ticket is drawn for a prize, you're removed from subsequent draws. This ensures four different winners receive prizes.

Winner Notification & Prizes

Winners are contacted within 24 hours via both phone and email using the contact information provided during ticket purchase. We'll also announce winners on our website and social media.

Winners have 30 days from the draw date to claim their prize. You must respond to our contact attempts within 7 days. Failure to claim within 30 days results in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.

You'll need valid government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport), proof of BC residency, and your ticket confirmation email. You may also be required to sign a winner's declaration and release form.

Prizes can be picked up at Greater Vancouver Powersports in Langley, BC. If you prefer shipping, arrangements can be made at your expense. We'll coordinate all details directly with winners.

Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred, substituted for cash, or exchanged for alternative items except at the sole discretion of Quad Riders ATV Association. Some components may be substituted for items of equal or greater value if unavailable.

Winners are responsible for any applicable federal or provincial taxes on prize values. Quad Riders ATV Association will provide necessary tax documentation as required by Canadian law.

Refunds & Changes

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable as per BC Gaming regulations. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned or exchanged.

No. Tickets are non-transferable. The person whose name appears on the ticket purchase is the only individual eligible to claim a prize if selected.

In the unlikely event of cancellation, all ticket purchasers will receive full refunds. However, we are fully licensed and prepared to conduct the draw as scheduled.

Legitimacy & Legal

Yes. Quad Raffle 2025 is fully licensed by the BC Gaming Policy and Enforcement Branch under License #164166. You can verify our license at gaming.gov.bc.ca. We operate under strict provincial regulations.

All proceeds support the Quad Riders ATV Association's charitable programs: 40% to trail maintenance, 30% to new trail development, 20% to safety education, and 10% to community initiatives. Full financial reports are available on our website.

Yes. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after purchase containing your ticket numbers, receipt, and payment details. Keep this for your records.
