1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

1.2 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

3. Raffle Participation

3.1 Ticket purchases through this Website are subject to the Official Rules of Quad Raffle 2025, which are incorporated by reference and available at rules.html.

3.2 You must be 19 years of age or older and a resident of British Columbia to purchase tickets.

3.3 All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as expressly stated in the Official Rules.

3.4 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any ticket purchase at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud or rule violations.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of ticket purchase using accepted payment methods.

4.2 All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise indicated.

4.3 You represent and warrant that:

• You have the legal right to use any payment method provided
• Information provided is accurate and complete
• Charges incurred will be honored by your financial institution

4.4 We use third-party payment processors. You may be subject to additional terms imposed by those processors.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership: The Website and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software) are owned by Quad Riders ATV Association and protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5.3 Restrictions: You may NOT:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works
• Publicly display, perform, or exploit any Website content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices

13.3 Waiver of Jury Trial: To the extent permitted by law, both parties waive any right to trial by jury in any proceeding.

14. Dispute Resolution

14.1 Informal Resolution: Before filing any claim, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at info@quad-raffle.com.

14.2 Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Act of British Columbia.

14.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action.

15. Severability

15.1 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15.2 Invalid provisions shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.

16. Entire Agreement

16.1 These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Official Rules, constitute the entire agreement between you and Quad Riders ATV Association regarding use of the Website.

16.2 These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications.

17. Waiver

17.1 Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17.2 Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
